The staff was friendly and accommodating, even staying late after working hours. Convenient location with everything needed for a short stay, including appliances and cookware. The spacious and quiet apartment had nice touches like tea, coffee, and sugar in each room. Incredible proximity to the Market Square, just 200-300 steps away.
Felt great, no complaints at all.

I live in an apartment which is very old and far away from receptions(700 meteres) , the winding stairs is dark , stinking and damp . The room is ok but cleaness is unsatisfied(especially the toillet) .

I had some issues with the room, but they immediately offered me an upgrade and resolved the problems promptly. Their responsiveness and willingness to address concerns made a positive impression on me.
Even though there were some minor issues with the second room, such as a shower that didn't stay in place and some rubbish under the bed, the overall experience was decent. The studio apartment provided enough amenities for a comfortable stay, including a stove, fridge, and microwave.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really domestic and it was totally sweet. Near to the center of the city.
Room was too small. Reception was on the same floor (just behind the door) and it was a bit noisy during night. In order to come into toilet you had had to pass through Reception\Living room\Kitchen\Dining room.

The Hostel 70s is located near to the Kazimierz quarter and close to the old city, thus one never has to walk far for sightseeing or party. The staff is friendly and helpfully. The room itself is clean and inviting to stay for a while.
The shower was not clean at all! Our apartment was far away from the reception (450 metres).

The rooms were ok in size and clean.
The reception looked like someones dirty living room. The staff didn't sent us to the wrong place when we wanted to visit one of the cities main tourist attractions and check-in wasn't until 15.00 o'clock. The beds were rather uncomfortable.
